Project 1: PetCare

Context

when? where? who? why?

We imagined our project in a world around 2050, in France. At that time, technologies would have made huge progress in terms of communication. We based our project on the hypothesis that people will not have cellphones anymore. People will have a chip anchored in their body that will be used as a global system (phone, internet access, movies...). Also we imagined that people's awareness concerning animal's rights will have drastically evolved.

We decided to create a service for people who are rich enough to care a lot about their pet's health and well being. We think our project will work because in 2050 people will care a lot of their pet because animal's rights will be clearly better than today.

Target

for whom?

The app would be for people with pets who travel. In the chosen context, people with pets would be rather wealthy people. Thus the app would be intended for a rather upscale audience who would want to maintain a connection with their pet during a trip despite the physical distance.

Service offered

what? how?

In the chosen context, the animals would have a connected collar that could monitor their heart rate and their different needs, and this information would be sent to the owner's connected watch.
In addition, the pet owner with his connected watch could see his pet as a hologram, and also project a hologram of himself to his pet, and thus the two could interact and make the trip more enjoyable for both.

Project 2: TravelPet

Context

when? where? who? why?

We imagined our project in a world around 2050, in France. At that time, technologies would have made huge progress especially in the transportation sector with widely spread and affordable drone transportation. It is now possible to transport goods and animals with drones. The french law changed authorizing drone flights in urban sectors.

People who possess a pet are searching for easier ways to transport their beloved animals. Classical pet transportation can be long and requires spaces sometimes unavailable for example when you are moving to a new house.

Target

for whom?

We target people with pets who needs to travel or move but have no space or no time to move their pets from one place to another. We target a rich population but also people with normal means because people will be able to choose different services with different prices following the luxury of the service.

Service offered

what? how?

We offer drone transportation for pets. You will be able to transport your pet from a point A to a point B whenever you need. You command a drone with our app by entering the breed, size, weight and needs of your pet but also the pick up location and delivery location.
The drone will arrive at the designated location. Then you place your pet in the container close it and the drone will do the rest. During the transportation it is possible to monitor the stress level of the pet, localisation and see it with a camera.
